I'm sure this applies for some people. But a comment like that can very well be interpreted as them thinking you were doing it purpose and trying to add to the "joke". Imagine someone not blinking a whole video on purpose, a comment like that fits perfectly and is in fact seen as funny.

I apologize if anything I comment comes off offensive. I have medical genuine interest but the blinking thing I figured out first video it wasn't complex Its a nuerodivergent symptom. (Bells palsey patients suffer too but there would be other observable symptoms). However if anything I comment sounds offensive thats not my intent, I do get told often I sound crass or brash but I dont mean to.

I made a friend a couple of years ago who had a huge scar on the back of his head. even after knowing each other for a year I never even asked what happened. eventually he inquired why I was never "curious" like the others but I just said if he wanted to talk about it he would have. not my place to bring it up because that scar is not what made us friends

i think being rude online is so normalised most people don’t even realise they’re doing it til you react. If the “question” they’re “just asking” would get them fired if they did it at work or punched if they did it to a drunk stranger in a bar then unless a creator is specifically soliciting weird invasive questions it’s probably not ok
