It has to be you, who are you doing this for? For others or your own personal gain when you figure that one out you’ll go far. It has to be you, it starts with the little things make this a priority know what you have to do because the future is in your hands, you and you alone can decide what happens next. Jimmy, im really sorry you’re feeling like that, because no one deserves to feel so stuck in their own thoughts like that. I know how it can feel when your mind just keeps going and you start believing the worst things about yourself, but I don’t see you as a bad person or a disappointment at all even if that’s how it feels for you right now. you’ve actually helped me more than you probably realize. Just seeing your posts and the way you are has made a difference for me, even if you don’t know it. So the way you’re viewing yourself isn’t the way everyone else sees you. God sees you, loves you, and isn’t done with your story. Even in moments like this, He can heal things you don’t think can be healed and bring you out of places that feel impossible to escape. Sir. You have to choose yourself. How do you do that? One day at a time. Everything takes time. As for those thoughts. I’m guessing they are because of past decisions. Well those are in the past. Can’t do anything about them you have to live with those but you can do something about the present and future. It is okay to be a little selfish in some situations. You are good enough. You are alive. You are still given another day to continue. Change your mindset one positive thought at a time. It’s easy to put yourself down but one positive at a time will turn into more positive thoughts. It’s a nice day. I have a warm place to sleep. I’m still here! Love yourself with little things like a self day. Go get a coffee take a long shower and make yourself look your best at least once a week. Don’t forget to eat and drink lots of water. Sounds silly but it helps more then you think.

Anyone who is reading this please know that you will get through anything you are going through. If you do not know Jesus try to find him and I am praying for you. I have struggled before and now I feel so much better. Trust me it does get better. Pray to Jesus that you will get better and ask him to reveal himself to you and ask for signs that he is with you.
