Yeah, that’s all that Vietnamese people want or need is the gentrification of their neighborhoods by well off/wealthy Americans or Europeans. The Vietnamese people will just love the idea of hundreds or thousands of foreigners moving into their neighborhoods, raising prices of homes and rent and food so they can’t afford things even worse. This guy should be ashamed of himself taking advantage of the Vietnamese people like he does. It won’t be long efore Vietnamese people can’t even afford to live in their own city.
