How many posts a day is ok? I increased the amount I was posting the last week and my views have completely dropped off. I spoke to a top creator in my niche who said he uses the same 5 hashtags each post and its led to him growing. ive tried this but my views have completely dropped off now.

Have to disagree with the shadow ban part, I manage tones of client accounts and I experience periods where a client account does get shadow banned. How I know this is they get 70 views but have 40%+ watched full video, comments and saves but doesn’t grow at all, and then the video doesn’t ever go past 300 views
