non fate assolutamente gli esercizi di rotazione del busto con asta con pesi, vi rovinate la schiena ,oltre a non servire per assottigliare il punto vita. La schiena è progettata per piegarsi in avanti e leggermente in flessione, ma non in extra rotazione.
