@by_isabelyvonne: what I eat pre & post workout ✨⬇️ Pre-workout: - 3 hours before: overnight cocoa chia pudding (100g coconut yogurt + 50g kefir + 12g chia seeds + 5g cocoa powder) topped with frozen wild blueberries, nuts, dark chocolate & raw honey - 30 mins before: flat white with oat milk & a homemade flapjack (recipe is in my reels) - post-workout snack: clean protein bar (while cooking) - post-workout meal: baked sweet potato, 1/2 avocado, 2 eggs & feta cheese this was so good I want it daily please <3 #gymgirl #whatieat #preworkout #glutes
