i changed this and the shifter cable, however i lost 2 and 1 on the shifter, they all work but i cant put the lever all the way down on 2 and 1 it stops at 3

Okay only asking because I had gotten a “rebuilt” transmission and after I put it in it doesn’t seem to want to shift right it shift one time from I’m guessing 1st to 3rd since it’s a hard ass shift and doesn’t want to go into overdrive or shift back down after it shift that one hard time

Hey bro, im doing an ls swap with a 4l60e and a standalone harness that only does the big 15 pin plug and the one at the back of the trans. I only need the shift lever for this piece yea?

Great tip! I replaced my shifting cable on my 4l60 and now it won’t shift down to 2 or 1 gear anymore. I’m just wondering if advance sold me the wrong cable. Maybe a shorter cable. Any input would be appreciated!

I just put both in neutral line up the clear marks from the bolts previously being there and bolted it down works like a dream

Was chasing a no start issue for a whole year and was too lazy to figure it out I just bypassed it with a push button and finally replaced it and now it starts with a key lol
