Honestly I am hyper mobile is some areas of my body, not so much in others though. I can do the thumb thing, the knee cap thing, along with others. But my son's elbows hyper extend like that, mine don't though. 🤔😅🤷🏼‍♀️🙌🏼

how are you supposed to go about treatment for being hypermobile? I am hypermobile and it causes me constant chronic pain. I cant walk without my knee dislocating, I just recently turned 16 and I feel like im 60. I need help badly, but I dont know alot of people who would be able to give tips or anything
