@thesecretsofchina: In traditional Chinese craftsmanship, there is an ancient art of transforming natural fruits into rich and complex beverages through careful methods passed down from generation to generation. One example is the production of grape wine, made entirely by hand, respecting time and the rhythms of nature. The process begins with the selection of ripe grapes, harvested at their peak sweetness. After harvesting, the grapes are washed and manually crushed to release their juice, keeping the skins to enhance color and flavor. This mixture is then placed in traditional containers, often made of ceramic or wood, where natural fermentation begins. During fermentation, which can last from two to four weeks, the sugars in the grapes are converted into alcohol by natural yeasts. In more traditional practices, simple distillation-like systems or traditional apparatus may be used to help control the process, ensuring a slow and balanced transformation. After this stage, the liquid is filtered and transferred to containers for aging. This period can range from a few months to several years, depending on the desired result. Over time, the flavor becomes smoother, deeper, and more refined. This artisanal method reflects patience and respect for natural ingredients, turning simple grapes into a beverage full of cultural identity and depth. #ChineseWine 🍷 #ArtisanalProcess 🏺 #TraditionalCraft 🌿 #NaturalFermentation 🍇 🍶#anosatrás @Valquiria @Valquiria
