Thanks for the response and additional details! I’ll look out for your next video too. I definitely prioritize massage/circulation but since I’m 36, retinoids are being shoved down my throat and I just don’t think I agree fully with their necessity. So I was curious if you use them in addition to everything else you do or if you’ve chosen to forgo them. Thanks!
