These were the months very few witnessed. I documented everything, every day, in videos or in writing- trying to find my way back or forward, unsure of which direction I would go. Every day was a tornado of anxiety, depression, and the crushing weight that the life I thought wouldn’t end- was. And there was nothing I could do about it. These videos lead me home to my grief. They remind me that I am unshakeable. That even in the moments when my fear convinces me that my doubt will win, that I will always persevere. I will always follow my truth. I know I will be following the journey begun by the most broken pieces of me for a while, and thank goodness for that. I’m thankful to be traveling home.

I've heard this quote once."your life is tailored specifically for you and no one else". Honestly I'm still working on understanding it but it's starting to make sense because good, mid or bad, life teaches us and gives us the opportunity to grow, might not always be graceful but it's growth nonetheless. A boat cannot control the wind, but it can rely on it to get the where the crew needs to dock so that they'll later embark on their next journey.
