Thanks. I'm going to try this, because I have exactly the same trouble on the same side. I stayed on the left side when studying or working on computer, lying on the armchair, for years. After 30 years of gym, left lower back trouble (hernia) and left shoulder pain, i keep this problem. It get worse. I will tell you if I improve with your routine.
