that “lost in your own body” feeling is the worst 😅 like you don’t even know how to dress yourself anymore… I used to feel so uncomfortable, dealing with cravings, fatigue and my body just not cooperating. it was overwhelming. I felt so stuck. nothing worked long term. then I saw people talking about Eat Like A Woman Protocol written by Loren Green in a forum and decided to try it. my digestion improved, dropped 30 lbs and I finally felt more confident in my body again. honestly feels like a hidden secret.

You look beautiful. I fully understand this feeling. I had lost 50lbs from being sick and then when I got better and could eat again I gained it all back. From a size 14 to a size 8 and the body dismorphia is unreal.

I always just remind myself that I am somebody’s goal weight. I don’t feel good in anything either. I don’t view myself the way others view me so I’ll tell you what I see. I see a beautiful young mom who loves her children who has a wonderful husband and a life that some of us would love to have.
