I have a 2011 sym jet 4 200hd (171cc injected) i just got it today and it has a working battery new sparkplug and it would just crank and not start and i tried to check if the spark plug shot sparks on metal but it didnt is there a problem with the scooters whole electric system or anything else

please help, my fantic xmf 125 starts running very bad when i start it and drive a bit, when its warm it rund good, i think it might be that it gets too much fuel when it stands still and not on but not sure..
