it is all up from here!! I am 9 weeks post op and have been walking in normal shoes now for a week. The time goes by so much quicker this portion of the healing journey.

omg so exciting!! I’ve been following your journey because I feel like our dates are so close and I just got the go ahead of FWB yesterday in a boot but I don’t start PT until April 2nd. Happy healing 😁

My first day was today too! Walked without crutches for the first time in 7 weeks. Yay for both of us!

I just started weight bearing in a boot the other day. Every step I have to think to myself, heel, toe, bend your knee… I don’t know how walking is so draining but omg…
