Same. My Diptyque advisor showed me this before the release and I was instantly like wtf??? After a while I came to terms with it’s a much different fragrance. But I enjoy it for hot weather for sure. Or the gym.

Best review ever- “like the original Orpheon with the lights on”. These are absolutely connected and you can smell the similar DNA. But they are different enough that you can actually have both and fun perfect separate uses for each of them. Absolutely brilliant job

I’ll be alone in this: I hate the original EDP. I find it smells like old state air. I tried it for weeks before giving up. But the EDT is divine. Love it.

Man I just blind bought it because I love and owe the original. Saw the whole line up and yeah I want the body cream, hand cream, hair mist, body wash. I want the WHOLE family. And you are so correct. EDT is daytime EDP is night time for me.

Yes ~ I actually hated Orpheon EDP at first. I thought it was too masculine-leaning on me. But I decided to give it another try and I ended up loving it. The EDT I liked it almost right away, but - more so the dry down because the opening is almost too “fizzy” on me.

I have both and I love them both!! (I collect Diptyque!) I totally agree that they are different enough to be able to have both. I feel that the EDT is spring/summer and the EDP is Autumn/Winter.
