Gyms like that in my country are called BAKAL GYM. Bakal means metal which what mostly what the equipments are. All fabricated by hand and not purchased from some big brand. And a lot of body builders say bakal gyms build better bodies than those air conditioned ones because for some reason, it has that different kind of hype and motivation you can never get from those "comfortable" gyms.
