When you build the coop you should look into sand instead of pine chips. It’s not regular sand it’s more fine so it dosnt get stuck in there feet but it’s almost like cat litter it’s way easier to clean and dosnt smell as bad. You can use it for your ducks an chickens.

A kiddie pool is a good temporary pond option once they get older. Ours love it and easier to clean than in ground pond.

What we do for babies is put an old towel under the flake! It hold the warmth from the feed lamp and we just throw it in a barn washer when it needs to be changed
