When I started seeing the gym as “I love how my body feels moving and I love getting stronger” not only did I enjoy the gym for once, but my body FINALLY started changing, like mind blowing difference. Been doing this with evvverything and not only is everything easier but things are fun, even work!!! Like omg?! This is SO REAL.

I completely understand and agree with you but from my point of view i consider everything as a task so that i could get surprised by my goal, the reason of it is because i might not be able to achieve that goal but i will do my best every day that i will do those tasks so that i could get a surprise from myself (at least).
