honestly, having played both games. The nemesis system is really overhyped. Its a cool for the first 5 to 7 hours, but you begin to not pay attention to it. Orcs blend together and you begin to overpower them so much that there isnt a chance for an orc to become strong. Additionally, the system requires vast amounts of voice lines to keep the dialogue fresh which is really exepnsive.

I think you have to use it in another game where you canonically die and come back. Otherwise I think it breaks the fourth wall. Like Batman can only really die once, game mechanics of reloading from last save aside. If it was like a ghost of Batman game I think it would work.
