@dr.oburu.oginga: Earlier today at Pawaa Centre, I was honored to host H.E. Vsevolod Tkachenko, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Kenya, for a high-level courtesy call. Our engagement served as a vital follow up to the Ambassador’s recent impactful visit to Siaya County, where he witnessed firsthand the immense potential of the region’s health sector in Bondo district hospital and the vibrant talent at the Siaya Digital Hub. Our discussions centered on deepening Bilateral Cooperation, specifically between the United Russia and ODM parties. We explored avenues for Technical & Cultural Exchange, aiming to leverage on our partnership to create direct, tangible benefits for our people. I was deeply moved as Ambassador Tkachenko conveyed his heartfelt condolences to our fallen Founding Father H.E Raila Amollo Odinga CGH, and he also shared his sympathies for the victims of the ongoing flooding crisis in Nyando, Nairobi, Baringo, and Makueni. In these moments of national challenge, the solidarity of our international partners is truly valued. As we navigate an increasingly globalized world, the ODM Party remains dedicated to building bridges that deliver real opportunities—taking the aspirations of our people from the grassroots to the global stage.
