@abir.sag: Strawberry chocolate ice cream 🍦 ايس كريم بالفراولة 🍓 Ingredients: For the filling: - 7 strawberries (optional) - 2 cups whipping cream - 1/2 cup condensed milk - 1 tbsp vanilla - 1/2 cup plain yogurt For the chocolate layer: - 300 g chocolate bar Instructions: - cut the strawberries into small cubes - In a bowl whisk the whipping cream using an electric mixer until it’s thick, add the condensed milk, vanilla and yogurt and whip for more 4-5 minutes - Add the strawberries and mix everything - Melt the chocolate - Add 2-3 tbsp of the melted chocolate into the plastic bags, spread the chocolate inside - Fill the plastic bags with the white filling - Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours المكونات: للحشوة: - ٧ فراولة (اختياري) - ٢ كوب كريمة خفق - ١/٢ كوب حليب مكثف محلى - ١/٢ كوب زبادي - ١ ملعقة كبيرة فانيلا للشوكولا: - ٣٠٠ غرام شوكولا للتذويب الطريقة: - نقطع الفراولة إلى مكعبات صغيرة - في وعاء عميق نخفق بخلاط كهربائي الكريمة السائلة حتى تصبح متماسكة وثقيلة، ثم نضيف الحليب المكثف المحلى، الزبادي و الفانيليا ونخفق من ٤-٥ دقائق - نضيف الفراولة على الخليط ونقلب - نذوب الشوكولا - في اكياس الآيس كريم نضيف من ٢ إلى ٣ ملاعق من الشوكولا المذوبة، ونفردها في قلب الكيس - ثم نملأ الكيس بالحشوة البيضاء - توضع الأكياس في الثلا اقل شي ٣ ساعات
