Boil the chicken first • Put the chicken in a pot • Add salt, garlic, and a bit of ginger • Let it cook until the water dries out (This step makes the chicken flavorful inside) 2. Fry the chicken • Add a little oil to the same pot • Fry the chicken until it turns slightly brown and crispy 😮🔥 3. Prepare the masala • Add onions • Add garlic and ginger • Add bell pepper and a little tomato (keep it dry, not saucy) 4. Add spices • Add paprika, curry powder, black pepper, and salt • Mix well 5. Combine • Mix everything together • Let it cook until it becomes dry (no sauce left 😌) 6.
