things to note from someone who helps in a business clearing up houses. 1. masks, gloves, and long sleeves. I cant stress how important this is, older houses often have asbestos, but even if they dont, the dust is not good for your lungs regardless 2. when removing wallpaper there are 'wallpaper steamers' which make it SO much easier to remove stubborn paper or glue. 3. if youre doing any major work, structural engineers can eval your property to find which walls/columns are load bearing, and wether asbestos/lead is present and where good luck <3
