Just a few weeks prior to Torres filing the lawsuit against Meta and Zuckerberg in New Mexico his ICAC chose to violate a NCMEC case assigned to him regarding a city of Albuquerque 911 IT employee James Green who emailed me pedophilia. Agent Talley chose to violate the pedophile predator case by sharing it with New Mexico employees Bernice Geiger and a state attorney Cady Sartorius. Both women talked Talley out of investigating Green. The reason they talked him out of it proved years of political and Albuquerque police harassment against me. The stalking of me by Bernice Geiger and her obsession and lies about me were years long. She filed multiple false and backdated police reports on me. All investigated and all proven false then hidden by Albuquerque detectives. Her husband, an attorney then created several fraudulent TROs in his office and filed them with the court. It took years to discover that the TROs were fraudulent. The Geigers committed numerous felonies against me and were never held accountable because they were related to mayor Keller, good friends with Albuquerque police’s chief of police Medina and many other political figures in New Mexico. NM AG Torres, the DOJ, APD, BCSO, and countless city and state agencies have been sent evidence to no avail. Green was promoted but continues to stalk, harass, threaten, and email disgusting emails. He was on social media with mayor Keller celebrating his promotion. Who will protect New Mexico kids (the basis of Torres’s lawsuit against Meta) from the gatekeepers NM AG Torres and his ICAC agent. All calls recorded and emails and countless irrefutable evidence in possession. Torres you know who I am and if I’m lying come and sue me. I look forward to showing the voluminous evidence.
