I just got a Corgi from a other family that has a issue with aggression towards dogs. They said they tried training and it didnt work and was told to put him down. Ive taken him on walks and when he she's another dog he starts snarling at them. I don't believe for a moment this can't be corrected especially since he's the sweetest boy.

why is my dog a perfect, friendly angel at the dpg park? to both dogs and people. but on a walk, on a leash, is highly reactive?!

I have a 10 month old golden retriever who is just the friendliest boy in the world and he gets very excited every time he is within a short range of another dog. He falls under the reactive category but could some of that just be puppy excitement?

My girl wants to be friends with every dog we see on a walk. We are making huge progress on leash walks but cannot get her attention if another dog is nearby. She isnt food motivated.

my dog is reactive to absolutely everything, I can't pinpoint what it could be. he experiences both types of reactivity; he is excited to go outside and he barks and whines, and when we get outside it seems like fear based towards ANYBODY around him.
