I literally felt so bad cuz I went to a beginner lash tech and she took longer than I was use to and I have a bladder problem. She does lash’s at her house and I asked to used the restroom. Updated her policy to going to the restroom before appointment. I felt so bad. I didn’t know cuz all the lash techs I went to that did it at their house said “feel free to use the restroom”

My contract is now like 8 pages long from the 4 I started with for catering. I can tell you the exact details of the event and person that caused me to add certain clauses. It’s also how I started my rebooking lists: Black list (DO NOT rebook), yellow list (proceed with caution), green (no issues would rebook again), and pink (absolutely loved those clients and will throw in a free gift)
