Try changing the plugs, if you see one that is alot cleaner then the rest then it could be leaking coolant into the cylinder. It essentially steam cleans it

Literally put a pressure tester on the reservoir. You will see where it’s leaking.

Invest in a VCDS cable so u can diagnose yourself very easy. Can use alibaba version too lols it works the same.
