in the UK we have the consumer act which requires businesses to provide a complaints procedure, and if one is raised the company must acknowledge it within 5 working days. if it's a regulated business, like financial services or utilities, there are very strict complaints procedures companies have to follow. I literally cannot tell you how many customer complaints I've had to work and resolve in my career.

I live near many major airports. Like within a 2 hour drive. They even only have specific direct locations. I love the small airport (2-3 minutes TSA process) Bus to the huge airport 🥰
