I used to get so confused watching stuff like this 😭 every coach saying something different and I had no idea what actually worked… I tried following tips but I was still bloated, tired and my weight wouldn’t move. it felt so frustrating. then in a women’s group someone mentioned Eat Like A Woman Protocol by Loren Green and I got curious.
