Indeed, always use the left most lane available, I drive like this and had a friend as a passager the other day who said she knew how people should drive but i was the first driver she had ever seen actually do it. Same goes for indicating when changing lanes etc.

No your supposed to go it the inside lanes if not overtaking anyone most drives just sit in the middlelane even in non rush hour traffic they should be in inside cuz no one to overtake

If you are making good progress to the next vehicle in the lane next you there is no need to change lanes and you are gaining on the vehicle
