I used run for 30 seconds and walk for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Now I’m running for 1 minute and walk 2. I do this until I reach a mile.

I’ve never been a “jogger.” But got the urge to this morning, took my pup to the nice area of town and was able to do a little walk jog. I don’t even care about the numbers as much as I did it!! It was very pleasant I see something like this fitting in twice a week :)

And if you feel like you ‘can’t’ do the jog, slow down as much as you need to. My slow jog when I started was pretty much my fast-walking pace with a different form. It’s incremental, but if you stick with it, progress will come.
