I just found some of the best food in Broward and it’s hiding in a strip mall in Davie! @pinsa104 Pinsa 104 is a tiny family owned restaurant serving authentic delicious Roman style pizza and some of the best paninis I’ve had. They have a ton more stuff as well I can’t wait to go back and try! The owners are from Italy and credit the quality to the dough made of wheat rice and soy and fermented up to 72 hours making it more airy and light and better for you! You can definitely taste the difference. The food here was amazing and they deserve all the love! I can’t wait to go back.
