Mate not sure what’s going on but the wrong CDI unit has been fitted to that. If I recall you said it was a 2001. Your overheat warning will not be working if they have left all that system on and not swapped it all to suit that cdi. CDI should be the square box with the QuickStart function which you can hear that feature not working. Also you’ll need to make sure timing is correct if they’ve swapped CDI units to the older model
