Looking forward to the follow up video. Haven’t changed a thing and gained 15lbs. Still exercising and basically have to starve to loose any weight. It’s the absolute worst!

Yes intermittent fasting, restricting, walk 6-8miles a day ...I'm killing myself its so tiring and on hrt but not right and struggling 6years and searching for dr that knows. Wish I could see you!
