Put your arm through a towel and hold it low against a wall so they can't walk around you. Toss treats to make them jump forward and backward. • Step 2: Raise the Towel. Once they are confident, slowly raise the towel higher. Repeat the forward and back jumps to build muscle memory. 📈 • Step 3: The Bare Arm. Ditch the towel! Start with your bare arm very low to the ground so they don’t get confused and try to duck underneath. • Step 4: Shoulder Height. Slowly raise your arm up to your shoulder.
