Report to the privacy/compliance team. I work in privacy and we see this happen from time to time where images are uploaded incorrectly. You definitely want to make sure that those images are not in your chart and your images aren’t in someone else’s chart!

I literally got someone else’s results with my ultrasound on my health connect app, it said I had spina bifida, I was so confused at first too haha idk stuff like this at least makes an interesting story lol

This happened to me but at a 3D ultrasound place! My baby was not cooperative for the scan so we didn’t see much but when I got the pics they were perfect face shots! I was so confused until I read the due date and name at the top of the picture wasn’t mine

Not as bad but at my last appt the sono tech was about to start scanning me and I noticed a different woman’s name and birthdate on the screen. My scans probably would’ve uploaded to her chart if I didn’t say something

3D ultrasounds at 12 weeks doesn’t make sense at all. I remember when I had a miscarriage & was getting an ultrasound & had to tell them the name at the top of the screen wasn’t me. So mistakes definitely do happen with folders.
