section them before u sleep and keep em in bands while u sleep. Keep em reasonably dry not too dry 🫡

wash em in two strands with shampoo and conditioner after like 2 weeks to a month then let em dry for 2-3 days then take em out with rose mary oil and bang bonnet ever time u sleep
