I think it’s crazy they will eat it willingly. You would think it just happens by accident when grazing but the fact they know to eat it is wild to me

My chicks are about 4 weeks old and I just got grit- because of this video. So I should keep the grit in the brooder for them at all times? This is my first go around with chicks. I also got them mealworms but haven’t had them any yet.
