use it after a hot bath! HOOO-WEEEEE it gets HOT! I didn't notice a huge difference for the first 3 days, but on day 4 I saw someone else talking about after a hot shower to let your pores open up and she wasn't lying! the next morning I did a double take in the mirror bc my stomach looked so noticeably different.
