NOW hand placement on shooting hand is side ways but sideways like your pushing your fingers inward and on guide hand tuck your guide elbow of your guide hand into your hip now the shooting hand sideways because its helps the three main fingers all shooters use to be utilized another thing when you raise your arms to shoot your elbow naturally straightens out your hand on release, as soon as those back fingers touch your forehead when your loading the ball to release it u should be springing your knees to jump all good shooters utilize the whole body to shoot now… play with the timing to each its own
