I run the 1600 for track and it is so hard to figure out the correct pace and it’s even harder in the heat, but running a 7:30 is incredible and you should be so proud of yourself!!

I also run the 1600 and this was my first year as a junior! Trust me the first one is hard and then you start to learn the pacing and your times go down each time, but you did really good!
