I've been taking these for 2 months at bedtime, most night with melatonin, and for the past 3 weeks i can't sleep at all. i feel like i do have insomnia. so i went to doctor and he gave me trazadone, Garbage!! maybe i just have a problem with anything i take, absorbing into my system!! 🥺 Are these even methylated!!?
