طريقة امي بالتمن الاحمر من اسهل الطرق جربوها👌🏻: المقادير: ٢ كوب تمن منقوع الكثير من الزيت ٢ ملعقة معجون( لكل كوب تمن ملعقة ك معجون) وممكن اكثر بقليل مكعبين ماجي او ممكن الاستغناء عنه في قدر نضع الزيت و المعجون الى ان تتشوح جزيئات المعجون بالكامل لمدة دقيقتين الى ٣ دقائق على الاقل يعدها نضع مكعبات الدجاج بعدها نضيف كوب ونصف الى كوبان من الماء الفاتر بحيث يتغطى التمن بالكامل يترك يغلي على نار عالية الى ان ينشف ويترك ليتهدر لمدة نصف ساعة على الاقل ويقدم بألف عافية❤️ #تمن #تمن_احمر #طبخاتي#طبخات_سهلة
