Yes you should have a new one because that’s pierced with the wrong jewellery but please stop changing it yourself as it is not healed and won’t be for at LEAST 6 months x

if this is fresh, which it does look like it is, please please PLEASE refrain from changing the piercing so soon. wait at least 6-9 months before changing otherwise you’re at the risk of rejection !!
