You forgot something very important! fiber is good, but you need plenty of water so the insoluble doesn't just become a brick and the soluble fiber needs water to, well, dissolve in!

I had 2 of these as a quesadilla with taco meat, chunked up leftover baked potato, 2 eggs, shredded cheese and topped with cilantro lime salsa. I’d say I’m good for the whole day.

Considering the majority of people fail to reach the RDA which is pretty low anyways, this would definitely benefit people.
I've been adding inulin to my ninja creami protein ice cream. Plus the regular chia seeds, flax and kiwi in my diet, means I'm regular and poop on company time 👌🏻

I’m in Mexico, the fiber listed is per 100 grams, not per tortilla, so each tortilla is actually 8-ish grams of fiber. Or am I tripping??
