All you can bomb keepers in shops or secret rooms to increase deal chance, there’s also a variety of items that increase deal chance, such as pentagram or book of revelations: )

I might sound very stupid now but ima new player and I was playing azazel had only black hearts and had to pay soul hearts only and died even tho I didn’t have any soul hearts and that was the price

its good to take the first key piece as it gives you a higher angel room percentage for the rest of your run. the second piece is good for rerolls if youre not going for mega satan

you can also play the sacrifice room to give you more angel chance and to potentially give you an angel item or tp you to the angel room

you can also use the sacrifice room as that counts as self damage and if you get the you feel blessast then your devil chance becomes angel you can also sacrifice í think 7 times for a chance to be teleported to angels

u can also blow up the shop keepers to increase % for both deals and it doesn't have to be a devil beggar any beggars work
