![One of my FAVE spots in Brisbane have introduced a new menu AND one of the best looking parmigiana’s I’ve ever seen. Rays by Range is the perfect spot for afternoon drinks and dinner, found in Camp Hill, it has a friendly neighbourhood vibe and is dog friendly 🐕 I’ve been a big fan of the spot since they opened, so I have my go to things to order (specifically the Rays Spritz 🍊), but here’s what I recommend you try: • Grande Parma: crumbed chicken, Parma ham, house-made vodka sauce, basil, stracciatella, served w/ fries. • Prawn Toast Pizza: garlic base, mozzarella, prawn, Chinese sausage, stracciatella, green shallots, house chilli crisp AND / OR • Double ‘Roni Pizza: pomodoro, mozzarella, pepperoni cups & house hot honey.
