PANDO, REGIÓN ESTRATÉGICA “ESTADO CENTRALISTA Y CIERTOS POLÍTICOS OLVIDARON A PANDO” En la inauguración del CETIP Madera en Cobija, el presidente Rodrigo Paz afirmó que el Estado centralista y ciertos políticos olvidaron a Pando, tratándolo solo como un pretexto electoral.
