Stir in Chinese chive Let batter rest 30–60 minutes Meat Filling: ⬇️ 2 lbs ground pork or chicken 1 large onions (thin sliced) bean sprouts 2 tbsp fish sauce 3 tbsp oyster sauce 1/2 tbsp black pepper 1 tsbp sugar 1 tsbp chicken soup mix 1/2 tsbp msg 1. Use a hot pan • Medium-high heat Nonstick 2. Oil properly, Add a good amount of oil • Swirl to coat 3. Stir batter, then pour a thin layer • Quickly swirl pan to spread it thin 4.
